In 2010, the Village at Breckenridge has been transformed with a complete exterior renovation, with the theme "Mountain Elegance with Historical Features". New landmark, a clock tower, is now visible from all over town. With the remodel, the Village of Breckenridge has become one of the premier resorts in Breckenridge and unquestionably the best location.
Plaza II has been renamed "Shavano" building. Shavano is a 14,229 ft (4,337 m) peak near the southern end of the Sawatch mountain range, 15 miles northwest of Salida.

This spacious and sunny corner condo is a one of kind in the Village. The three bedroom condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your mountain vacation. Curl up by the wood fireplace and relax after a long day of skiing or enjoy the mountain scenary from picture windows. While the cooks create dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, the rest of the crew can lounge around take in the sights. The views are amazing, as the condo sits right above ski school and looks out to Maggie Pond! The dining area seats 6 comfortably along with additional seating in the breakfast bar.
