1. Club House:
The Clubhouse is located
at the end of the cul-d-sac. There are 2 outdoor 20 man hot-tubs
pictured below and a full length outdoor pool. The hot-tubs are
the largest in Breckenridge.
There is a locker room and shower inside as well as 2 indoor hot-tubs.
An attendent is there to service you if you have any questions.
No towels are provided at the clubhouse so don't forget to bring
them.

There
is an outdoor heated pool that is maintained in the summer
and winter. The outdoor hot tubs can seat up to 20 people.

locker room provides a convenient area to change into your
swimwear.

Location:
The Lift is approximately
250 yards from the Quicksilver chairlift located on Peak 9. The
Breckenridge
condo is 1/2 a block away from the Breckenridge
Brewery and La Cima Mall which is located on Main Street. Main Street
shopping is another popular attraction. The Lift is adjacent to
Main
Street Station which has numerous shops, cafe's and restaurants.
On your way to the chairlift, take a look at Maggies Pond and all
the iceskating.
3. Covered Parking:
There
is assigned parking for The Lift condominium
complex. There is in-line parking for
2 cars. The first car will be covered
by the building and the second car will
be parked behind the first car.
4. Washer and Dryer Facilities:
In
the 'A' Building, there are coin operated
laundry facilities as well as additional
storage lockers.
