While an easy 4 block walk to downtown Breckenridge, you can relax in the peace and quiet of living in the trees, away from the busy streets. Enjoy great views in all directions from balconies on both north and south ends of the condo. The back deck overlooks 4 O'Clock Run and affords wonderful views of Horseshoe Bowl and Peak 8 above. In the morning, ski down the 4 O'clock Run to the Snowflake lift, where you can access Peaks 8 and 9, as wells as purchase lift tickets and lessons. At lunch or at the end of the day, ski right up to the elevator in this complex.

The Tyra Summit condominium complex is located on 4 O'Clock Road, just 4 blocks west of downtown. Only a few beautiful private homes are located above the complex on this quiet dead end road. In summer, the Colorado Super Slide and Human Maze are only a short walk away, at the base of Peak 8. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens, as well as family/children's videos, board games, and puzzles for your enjoyment.
