Queen sleeper sofa in lower level family room (sleeps 2), TV/VCR. Queen sleeper sofa in living room (sleeps 2). Out the deck is an 6 man hot tub and gas grill. The dining room has a queen sofa sleeper. This townhome comes with a 2-car private garage. The attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware.

A fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinetry is separated from the dining/living area by a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Green granite kitchen counters complement the kitchen and dining room. Country style birch dining table seats 8. A 1/2 bath is located in the hall off the kitchen. Off the kitchen dining area is a large deck with patio furniture, gas BBQ grill and great views of the Four O'Clock ski run.

The living room has a 2-story, vaulted ceiling with cathedral windows offering views of Four O'Clock ski run. Here, a gas-fired fireplace is faced with New Delhi slate. Adjacent to the fireplace is a built-in entertainment center which houses the TV/VCR and stereo CD player. A music library and video cassette library is provided along with reading materials and games. A contemporary sofa and lounge chair face the fireplace.

Off the living room is a spacious deck with deck furniture and gas BBQ grill. Off the lower level family room is a patio which houses the 6 person hot tub. On the lower level the family houses a sleeper sofa and an entertainment center with 25-inch TV/VCR and Stereo CD.
