bath 1250 sf ski-in condominium located on the 3rd floor of
the Ski Watch building. This unit has a nice view of the forested
Ski Area from the deck. The condo is the only true
ski in/out condo complex at Breckenridge. Ammenities

SKI-IN/OUT. Ski from-and-to the patio steps (near heel of
the red arrow). ABSOLUTELY ZERO WALKING! The patio is about
150 feet from the lifts. Ski away from the patio steps then
turn left at either of the two lifts and you're at one of
the two lift lines. On returning, just ski back to the patio
steps. Also, ski-in for lunch to save time and money (and
to eat better). The building has two floors of indoor parking,
an elevator, 2 Saunas, 3 washers and dryers, a 2-story lounge
facing the slope and ski lockers plus 2 hot tubs at slope
side. ABSOLUTELY no other place anywhere in Breckenridge is
closer to the slopes and lifts nor can offer zero walking
to and from the slopes. The condo is fully stocked
with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens.

The bedrooms are divided by the main
living area. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and a
small sitting area. This bedding configuration gives the ulitmate
in privacy yet the economies of being able to accomodate 2
families with common dining area. The Loft is a great setting
for the kids to play games while the adults engage in friendly
conversation about the ski day while sitting around the fireplace.
