Ski & Racquet Club BP6 is a 3 bdrm/2 bath 1140 sf condominium located on the 4th floor of the Breckenridge Ski & Racquet Club "A" building. The unit boasts a gorgeous view of the ski slopes, as well as Mt. Baldy and the town of Breckenridge. The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin along with a private bathroom, TV, and VCR. Second Bedroom is the perfect room for kids or another couple with a captain bunkbed that sleeps three and a twin-size bed. Second Bedroom also has a TV and VCR. 3rd Bedroom has french doors off of the living room & dining room with a captain bunk bed that sleeps 3. The living room has a queen sleeper sofabed.

The unit is nicely furnished and equipped with all the extra amenities you could desire. Stereo, CD Player, TV, and VCR in open, spacious Living Room. Condo also has a complex washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Owners furnish first night's beer, wine, or sodas as a thank you to for being their guests. Also, owners live in Breck and are generally available to answer any questions or take care of any problems you may encounter.

The Ski & Racquet Club condominium complex has covered, assigned parking spaces, elevator service, outside ski lockers, clubhouse, an indoor swimming pool & spa, tennis courts, and laundry facilities in each building. The complex is located near the south end of the town of Breckenridge, on Highway 9 (Main Street), across from the Breckenridge Ice Rink. It is serviced by the Breckenridge Circulator bus route.
