Baldy and Peak 9 Ski Slopes. The functional entryway features a ski storage rack and bench. The living room has 2 sofas (one a Queen sleeper), a 25" TV w/remote and cable, wood-burning fireplace, stereo w/cassette tape player, radio and record changer, Super Nintendo machine, books and games.

Decorating has been coordinated in the entryway, living room, dining area and kitchen with wallpaper, paint and fabric-covered dining chairs. The dining table seats 6.

The Ski Hill condominium complex is located at the corner of Park Avenue and Ski Hill Road, 1 block from the heart of downtown Breckenridge and 1/2 block from the end of the 4 O'Clock ski run. There are hot tubs and laundry facilities in the building. Covered parking is available. There is a summer-only heated swimming pool.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a new electric stove and dishwasher. There is a crockpot, coffeemaker and microwave oven. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens.
