Custom home with many upgrades such as custom master bathroom with steam shower and jacuzzi tub overlooking aspen grove. Master suite has king size bed, large walk-in closet, spectacular view of Peak 8 ski slopes and Little Mountain. It features a sitting area with queen sofa sleeper. The upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, an additional twin trundle bed and an X-box game station. Mudroom access from driveway will store all your winter or summer gear and clothes. Spa room spans a stream (snowed under in winter) and is glassed all around for spectacular views day and night. It also provides a quiet space to relax or read. Large sunny deck catches beautiful sunsets and looks across to the ski slopes. Cable TV and VCR in each bedroom. Living room is well equipped for entertaining and has 2 more sofa beds. Wood burning fireplace will take off the winter chill. Lockoff 1 BR apartment can be part of the rental package or excluded for discounted rates. Inside and outside entrances. 1/2 kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, sink and cabinet storage. Small living room has entertainment center and pull out sleeper sofa. Small dining area and private deck (w/gas grill) share views of Peak 8 and Little Mountain. BR has full size bed.
